A cooperative preschool was struggling after storm damage exposed deeper problems with its building and long-term viability. Over two years, I helped the school move to a better location without interrupting a single school year — enriching the school environment, expanding enrollment capacity, and giving the nonprofit a more financially stable foundation from which to grow.

Turning a 1,500-page manual into something people can actually use

The United States Postal Service's main mailing rules document, used daily by postal workers and business mailers across the country, had become nearly impossible to navigate. Working alongside a team of researchers at Carnegie Mellon University, I helped redesign and reorganize it around the way people actually use it, so customers and staff could find what they needed quickly instead of calling for help every time.
